Frog takes a Leap

The Frothy Frog was official opened on Saturday 15th April by Thatcham Mayor Cllr Jeff Brooks. Proprietor Kirsty Chambers said “I have been in coffee shops for many years and see what a difference a good coffee and a slice of cake can do to a person’s mood; it has long been my dream to have my own establishment, and I’m so happy it has been possible to do it where my family lives.”

The Frothy Frog will be selling local roasted coffee in all your favourite forms along with other hot and cold drinks. Homemade cakes will be complimented by hot jacket potatoes and filled paninis.

Chairman of Thatcham Memorial Foundation Nathan Gregory – who site the Frothy Frog is on said “The multi-use site has longed called for hospitality of this kind, not only are the Tennis Courts busier than ever and the opening of the Queen Elizabeth Play Area imminent the site is enjoyed by many members of the public; this is never more evident than during school holidays and the summer months.”

The Frothy Frog will be open Wednesday through to Sunday trading between 8:30am and 4:00pm
